Full-Time | Field-Based About the Role JL Closets is seeking an experienced Custom Storage Installation Technician to join our installation team serving South Florida. This position involves installing custom closets, garage storage systems, and other organizational solutions in residential homes. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, maintaining professional standards, and providing an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do Install custom closets, garage cabinetry, and other storage solutions Review project details and verify materials before installation Load, transport, and unload materials and tools for scheduled projects Operate company vehicles safely between job sites Ensure installations meet company quality standards Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites Address installation challenges while maintaining attention to detail Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience installing custom closets, cabinetry, millwork, or similar products Valid driver's license and clean driving record Legally authorized to work in the United States Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality work Ability to lift and handle materials required for installation work Preferred Qualifications Experience with garage storage systems or cabinetry installation Spanish language skills Finish carpentry experience Compensation Weekly earnings typically range from $750 to $1,800 based on experience, productivity, and workload Work Location Field-based position serving South Florida Reporting location: Boca Raton, FL About JL Closets JL Closets has been designing and installing custom storage solutions throughout South Florida since 1991.
