The ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of previous work experience assisting with or installing frameless shower doors, mirrors, and interior glass partitions. This role involves measuring, marking, and preparing for installations, as well as handling materials and tools efficiently. Candidates must be punctual, organized, reliable, and customer-focused, with a strong attention to detail. Customer service skills are essential. The position offers competitive pay based on experience, with a full-time schedule including overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Determine layout and installation procedures for glass and mirror projects. Measure and mark guidelines to ensure precise installation. Prepare and maintain work materials, supplies, and tools. Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and instructions. Assist in the installation of frameless shower doors, mirrors, and interior glass partitions. Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of experience in glass or mirror installation or assisting with such tasks. Valid driver's license with a clean record; vehicle provided by employer. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail with repetitive task proficiency. Excellent customer service skills. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required. No formal educational requirements; on-the-job training provided. Punctuality, organization, reliability, flexibility, and teamwork are essential.
