We specialize in high-quality custom blinds, shades, drapery, shutters, and motorized window treatments. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their work, provides excellent customer service, and is committed to delivering professional installations. Responsibilities Install custom blinds, roller shades, zebra shades, shutters, drapery, and motorized window treatments. Measure windows and verify dimensions before installation. Safely use ladders and installation tools. Ensure every installation is completed accurately and professionally. Troubleshoot and adjust products as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Provide courteous and professional customer service. Qualifications Previous experience installing window treatments is preferred. Experience with motorized shades (Somfy or similar) is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working on ladders. Strong attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and professional.
