The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products and systems including motorized screens, motorized awnings, shutters, shades, ensuring that all installations are completed accurately and efficiently. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through your expertise and professionalism. Responsibilities Install products according to specifications and company standards. Conduct thorough inspections of installation sites to ensure safety and compliance. Utilize tools and equipment effectively, including the use of an ohmmeter for electrical installations. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during the installation process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and implement effective solutions. Skills Proficiency in using a tape measure, band saw, hammer drill, drill, level Ability to lift 75-150 pounds with assistance Ability to climb a ladder up to 10feet tall Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in installation work.
