Position Summary:
The Window & Door Installation Helper is an entry-level, hands-on role designed to support our Installation Team in delivering high-quality installations. This role assists experienced Installers on job sites and ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. This position is ideal for someone who is ambitious, dependable, and eager to learn a skilled trade . There is a clear growth path from Installation Helper → Installer → Lead Installer, supported by mentorship and hands-on training. Growth & Career Path This role is designed as an entry point into our Installation Department. With consistent performance, reliability, and skill development, Installation Helpers may advance to: Window & Door Installer•performing installations independently Lead Installer•leading crews, managing job sites, and training others Training, mentorship, and hands-on learning are provided to support long-term career growth within the company.

Core Responsibilities:
Job Site Support & Preparation Assist Installers with setting up job sites, including unloading, moving, and staging windows, doors, tools, and materials. Help prepare work areas to ensure installations can be performed efficiently and safely. Help maintain a fully stocked trailer with required installation materials.
Follow direction from Installers and Lead Installers to support daily project needs. Installation Assistance Provide hands-on assistance to Installers during window and door installations. Hold, position, and stabilize windows and doors as directed during installation. Support Installers with measuring, fitting, and general installation tasks as appropriate for skill level. Job Site Cleanliness & Organization Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout the project. Pick up trash, debris, and unused materials during and after installation. Organize tools and materials to minimize downtime and safety hazards Perform daily job site cleanup at project completion. Finishing & Detail Work Clean glass, frames, and surrounding areas of installed windows and doors. Remove protective films, protective plastic, tapes, stickers, and packaging materials after installation. Perform final touch-up cleaning to ensure a professional appearance. Safety & Professionalism Follow all company safety procedures and job site rules. Use tools and equipment properly and safely. Represent the company professionally with homeowners, coworkers, and supervisors.
