5+ years of residential window and door installation experience, including impact windows, entry doors, sliding glass doors, and specialty products. Proven ability to lead installation crews and manage residential job sites. Strong knowledge of South Florida impact/HVHZ installation methods, Florida Building Code requirements, and product approval documentation. Ability to read permit packages, shop drawings, and take accurate field measurements. Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle and trailer. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills. Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturer installation certifications (PGT, ES Windows, Mr. Glass, Eurotech, or similar).
FGIA/AAMA
InstallationMasters certification. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Experience working with building inspectors in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Familiarity with impact-rated window and door product lines. Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) preferred.
