Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Windows & railings installation foreman to lead and supervise installation teams on construction sites. This role is vital in ensuring that window and railing projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of project management tools and safety protocols. As a foreman, you will coordinate daily operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications, all while fostering a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the installation of windows and railings across multiple construction sites, ensuring work is completed on time, within scope, and according to safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans for accurate execution. Must know how to use Procore and Fieldwire Manage daily work schedules, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress using construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, or Bluebeam. Enforce OSHA safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe working environment for all team members. Oversee quality control measures by inspecting work for compliance with specifications and conducting routine site inspections. Supervise subcontractors and labor crews, providing clear direction and support to ensure efficient workflow. Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and project schedules to support project tracking and accountability. Qualifications Proven management experience in construction supervision, specifically in window and railing installation or related trades. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, budgeting, and project scheduling. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid or similar tools. Hands-on construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols governed by OSHA standards. Ability to read technical schematics and use testing equipment such as ohmmeters for quality assurance purposes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate teams effectively across multiple projects. Relevant certifications including OSHA safety training; additional certifications in construction management or heavy equipment operation are a plus.
