Perimeter Glass Job Overview Perimeter Glass is seeking a dependable, experienced Commercial Glazier to join our growing team. We specialize in commercial storefront systems, aluminum framing, glass installation, and commercial door systems. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely, and enjoys being part of a team that delivers exceptional results. Responsibilities Install aluminum storefront framing systems Install commercial glass, insulated glass, and tempered glass Install commercial aluminum and hollow metal doors Install door hardware including closers, panic devices, pivots, and thresholds Read and interpret shop drawings and construction plans Measure openings and verify field dimensions Operate hand and power tools safely Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and building codes Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate professionally with contractors, project managers, and team members Qualifications Commercial glazing experience preferred Experience with storefront systems and commercial doors Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolding, and lifts Strong attention to detail Dependable with a positive attitude Able to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Storefront systems (Oldcastle, Kawneer, YKK, Tubelite, etc.) Glass installation Door hardware installation Caulking and waterproofing Layout and field measuring What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid holidays after 1 year Paid vacation after 1 year Opportunity for advancement Steady, year-round work Supportive team environment Pay $22-$28 per hour , depending on experience.
