Join Our Growing Team RoMac Building Supply is growing! Our window division is looking for experienced, professional installers who take pride in quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. We install premium residential and light commercial products throughout Central Florida. Products You'll Install Non-Impact Windows Sliding Glass Doors Swinging Patio Doors Hurricane-Rated Windows Replacement Windows New Construction Windows Specialty Windows Responsibilities Pick up products from our warehouse when required Review your installations schedule daily using our scheduling hardware Communicate your weekly availability to our administrative team Safely remove existing windows and doors Install new windows and doors according to manufacturer specifications and Florida building codes Ensure installations are level, square, weather-tight, and properly sealed Install hardware, locks, handles, and accessories Maintain a clean and organized job site Break down and dispose of packaging and installation debris unless otherwise instructed Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation Contact the assigned point of contact whenever clarification is needed Identify and troubleshoot installation challenges while maintaining quality workmanship Upload photos of completed installations into our software before closing each job Report damaged materials, missing products, or jobsite concerns immediately Represent RoMac Building Supply professionally at every customer interaction Experience installing products from manufacturers such as PGT, MI, Kolbe, Andersen or similar is preferred but not requiredApplicants must have: Previous professional window and/or door installation experience Reliable transportation suitable for transporting windows and installation tools Valid driver's license Current automobile insurance Professional-grade installation tools Smartphone capable of using scheduling software and uploading photos Reliable internet access Ability to lift 100+ pounds safely Ability to safely work on ladders and scaffolding Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with our office Insurance Requirements Independent contractors must provide proof of: $2,000,000 General Liability Insurance $500,000 Employer's Liability - Per accident - Workers' Compensation Insurance Current automobile insurance with a combined single limit of $1,000,000 each occurrence Complete a Subcontractor Agreement If you are an experienced installer who values craftsmanship, professionalism, and outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
