Job Description

Full job description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Glazier & Shop Operations Coordinator to join our team. This vital role combines hands-on craftsmanship with operational oversight, ensuring that glass installation projects and shop functions run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. As a key member of our team, you will cut glass on site (MUST
HAVE EXPERIENCE
), coordinate daily shop activities, support installation crews, and manage project workflows to deliver exceptional results for our clients. Duties Coordinate and oversee glass fabrication, cutting, and assembly processes within the shop to meet project specifications and deadlines Support installation teams with measuring and installations when needed Manage shop inventory of glass, hardware and related materials Conduct site visits to assist with glass installation, storefront glass projects, door and window repairs Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all fabrication and installation activities, including heavy lifting and caulking procedures Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members Experience Proven experience in glazing, door repairs and window repairs Hands-on knowledge of glass installation techniques using hand tools and power tools in commercial or residential settings and commercial settings preferred Prior experience with tasks such as caulking, cutting glass, glass installation, heavy lifting is highly desirable Strong understanding of construction safety standards and ability to operate safely with hand tools and power tools during all phases of work Ability to be a team player and join our family Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence! Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
