Responsibilities Install TVs using fixed, tilting, and full-motion mounts Perform cable management and concealment Install soundbars, floating shelves, and related accessories Work with different wall and installation conditions Inspect the installation area before beginning work Follow company installation procedures and safety standards Protect customers' walls, floors, furniture, and belongings Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally with customers Take before-and-after photos and document completed jobs Complete a final quality check before leaving Identify additional customer needs when appropriate Represent

professionally at every appointment Qualifications Previous TV mounting, AV installation, handyman, construction, or similar experience preferred Experience using drills, levels, stud finders, and basic installation tools Strong attention to detail Good problem-solving skills Professional appearance and communication Reliable and punctual Reliable transportation Smartphone for job communication and documentation Comfortable performing physical installation work Ability to follow established procedures and receive feedback We value quality over speed.
