Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Window Installers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing windows in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently on various job sites. Candidates should have experience with construction and a variety of hand and power tools.
Duties:
Measure and assess window openings to ensure proper fit and function Prepare work areas by removing old windows, framing, or other obstructions as needed Install new windows using hand tools, power tools, caulking, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing techniques Seal windows with caulking to ensure energy efficiency and weatherproofing Perform heavy lifting to move windows and related materials safely into position Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications Experience Proven experience in window installation Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Knowledge of construction
