Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window Installer Helper and be part of an energetic, fast-paced construction environment! In this role, you will assist experienced window installers in preparing and installing windows, glass panels, and related fixtures. Responsibilities Support window installers by carrying, lifting, and positioning glass panes, frames, and related materials safely and efficiently. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to prepare openings, trim carpentry details, and install window frames or doors. Help with caulking, sealing, and finishing work to ensure weather-tight installations and professional appearance. Participate in heavy lifting tasks involving metal studs, cabinetry, or fixtures during remodeling or renovation projects. Follow safety protocols on construction sites, including proper handling of glass and use of personal protective equipment. Support the setup of scaffolding or ladders for elevated work while adhering to all safety standards. Experience Previous experience working on construction sites or in remodeling projects is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided. Hands-on experience with glass installation, or metal stud framing enhances your candidacy. Comfort with heavy lifting and physical labor is essential to succeed in this role. Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, hammers, drills or power tools like saws is highly valued. Knowledge of construction painting or handyman experience can be beneficial for supporting diverse project needs. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in fabrication, manufacturing, or remodeling environments will set you apart.
