Full-Time About the Opportunity An established and growing window installation company is seeking an experienced Window Installation Manager to lead multiple installation crews while remaining actively involved in the field. This is not a desk job—we are looking for a working manager who leads by example, coaches employees, solves problems, and ensures projects are completed on time with exceptional quality. Responsibilities Lead and supervise multiple window installation crews. Manage daily scheduling and crew assignments. Work alongside crews in the field when needed. Ensure installations meet company quality standards and manufacturer specifications. Conduct job site visits and inspections. Train, mentor, and develop installers and crew leads. Monitor productivity, workmanship, and job progress. Coordinate materials, equipment, and job readiness. Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve field issues quickly. Communicate effectively with customers, builders, and company leadership. Maintain a professional job site and represent the company with integrity. Assist with hiring, evaluating, and developing installation personnel. Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly maintained and accounted for. Qualifications Minimum of 8 years of professional window installation experience. Previous experience managing multiple installation crews is required. Must be a hands-on working manager willing to assist crews when necessary. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent knowledge of residential window installation practices. Ability to read construction plans and installation specifications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
