If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy working on luxury custom homes, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Install hurricane impact windows in high-end custom homes Ensure precise, clean, and professional installations Work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Maintain a safe and organized job site Requirements Minimum of 3 years of recent experience installing hurricane impact windows Experience working on residential custom homes preferred Reliable transportation to and from job sites Basic hand tools required Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in Florida weather Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Must pass a background check What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Competitive pay based on experience Opportunities for growth with a growing company Work on some of Palm Beach and Martin Counties' finest custom homes
