In this energetic role, you will support experienced window installers by preparing materials, handling tools, and assisting with the installation process. Duties Assist with measuring and marking window openings and schematics to ensure accurate installation. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently during installation tasks. Support the installation of windows by lifting heavy units, positioning frames, and securing fixtures according to project specifications. Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing materials, applying dust barriers, dust curtains, and/or plastic poly sheeting used within a dust containment system to seal off work areas, as well as set up ladders for safe access. Aid in caulking, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing to ensure proper sealing and finishing of window installations. Collaborate with team members on other remodeling projects that may involve painting, cabinet installation, door hanging, tiling, floor installation, and fixture setup. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites to maintain a secure environment. Qualifications Basic experience with construction site work or handyman tasks is preferred; enthusiasm to learn is essential. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and schematics enhances your ability to perform effectively. Physical strength for heavy lifting and the ability to work at heights on scaffolding or ladders. Prior experience in glass installation, carpentry (including trim carpentry and frame carpentry), or remodeling projects is a plus. Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills for interpreting schematics and technical instructions. Commitment to OSHA safety practices, teamwork in fast-paced construction environments, and delivering satisfaction in customer service is mandatory. Essential Requirements Must have own transportation and be willing to drive to various jobsites as needed. Must be able to lift 55lbs and endure Florida heat. Must pass a background check to be hired. Must pass a drug screening upon hire and comply with random drug screenings throughout employment. Note:

Hours and location vary with every installation. Warehouse is located in Tallahassee, but some installs occur throughout north Florida and south Georgia. Pay:
