Zephyr Aluminum is the exclusive affiliate for Renewal by Andersen windows and doors in Eastern Iowa. We are a family-owned company that is celebrating our 75th anniversary in 2026. We are seeking an individual to accurately verify the measurements of replacement windows after the sales rep has gotten a contract for the windows, but before we order the windows from the factory. We also would need you to address post install concerns related to manufacturing defects or installation issues. Our focus for this new position is Linn, Johnson and surrounding counties. As part of a customer focused team, we need an individual who has high customer service skills. You will be using our ordering software on an iPad, entering sizes and taking pictures on the device.

Responsibilities:

Visit jobs sold by the sales reps to verify measurements and trim materials needed. Recognize situations that would impact customer's expectations. Understand and adhere to the established Renewal by Andersen processes and standards. Provide accurate measurements and documentation of job-related circumstances in a timely fashion. Communicate with sales reps, order entry staff, installation managers and field carpenters to make each homeowner's project successful the first time through.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of carpentry, finishing or remodeling experience Window installation/measuring experience.

Strong communication skills:

clear and readable written documents and messages. Good organizational skills. A valid driver's license. Ability to enter data using software on an iPad.
