Company Overview CK's Windows and Doors is a reputable, family-owned company specializing in high-quality window, door, and related products for both new construction and remodel projects. We work closely with builders, contractors, and homeowners and pride ourselves on craftsmanship, reliability, and maintaining a professional, team-oriented work environment. Job Summary We are looking for a New Construction Installation Crew Member to join our growing installation team. This position supports the Lead Installer on residential and new construction projects. You'll assist with material preparation, installation, and job-site organization while learning proper installation techniques, safety standards, and construction best practices. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with construction experience who wants steady work, growth opportunities, and to be part of a skilled, dependable crew. Responsibilities Assist with new construction window, door, and basement installation, including job-site prep and final cleanup. Stage materials, install openings, and maintain safe, organized job sites. Support framing, flashing, weatherproofing, and setting of windows and doors under supervision. Perform basic carpentry tasks such as trim work, blocking, shimming, and framing support. Measure, level, and ensure proper fit and alignment per plans and specifications. Safely operate hand and power tools (drills, saws, nailers, levels, etc.). Apply sealants, flashing, and insulation for weather-tight installation. Lift and move windows, doors, and materials safely. Follow OSHA and company safety policies and wear required PPE at all times. Communicate clearly with the Lead Installer and team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications Experience:
Construction or carpentry experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, work on ladders, and perform physical tasks in varied weather conditions. Valid driver's license required . Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Must comply with our drug-free workplace policy.
