Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Covering Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, and servicing a variety of window coverings including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies. Your expertise will ensure that each installation meets high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with clients and team members, and develop your skills in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Install a wide range of window treatments using hand tools and power tools with attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to execute projects accurately Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional guidance on product selection and placement Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment Inspect completed installations for quality control and make adjustments as needed Manage tools, equipment, and materials efficiently to ensure timely project completion Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics, and construction management principles Experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fixture installation Knowledge of construction estimating, inspection, restoration, and fabrication techniques Familiarity with construction site experience including framing, carpentry, drywall, caulking, trim carpentry, roofing, stucco, masonry, tile laying, flooring installation, concrete finishing, plastering, welding, and masonry work Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Join our team if you're passionate about delivering exceptional craftsmanship in the window covering industry!
