The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in automotive window tint installation, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is interested in continuing to develop their skills. This position also offers the opportunity to train in Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation and ceramic coatings as you grow with our company. Responsibilities Professionally install automotive window film Properly prep, clean, shrink, cut, and install film Maintain clean and consistent installation standards Protect customer vehicles throughout the installation process Keep installation areas and tools clean and organized Work efficiently with the installation team Assist with PPF and ceramic coating services while training Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year professional automotive window tint experience required Knowledge of window film installation and heat shrinking Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work with precision Dependable, punctual, and professional Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team PPF or ceramic coating experience is a plus, but not required If you take pride in your work, are dependable, and want to continue building your career in the automotive protection industry, we would like to hear from you.
