Compensation Earn around $100,000 annually Paid on a per-job basis Daily rate paid for completed installations Full-time teams can earn approximately $2,000 per week working a full schedule Your Role As a Bath Installer, you'll install premium acrylic bath systems and help create a positive experience for every customer. You will work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes Complete bathroom remodeling projects using carpentry and construction skills Ensure all installations meet company quality standards Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process Accurately take measurements and follow installation procedures Submit required paperwork and project photos Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles Qualifications 3+ years of experience in carpentry, bath installation, remodeling, or construction Experience with power tools and basic plumbing Ability to read measurements and installation plans Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused Why Join Prime Baths Indiana?
