Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Window Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will support lead installers with various tasks on residential sites, contributing to high-quality craftsmanship and efficient project completion. Duties Assist with the installation of windows and related fixtures on job sites Handle heavy lifting of windows and other materials safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on-site Follow safety protocols at all times while working on job sites Qualifications Prior experience in construction is a plus but not required Prior experience using hand tools and power tools a plus Experience and comfort climbing or standing on ladders a plus Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and protocols Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment Physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, lifting heavy materials, and working outdoors or in variable conditions.
