$19/hour (flex based on experience)

Job Summary:
A commercial construction group is hiring Field Glaziers to support installation of storefront, curtain wall, and glass systems across active job sites. This role is best suited for candidates with hands-on installation experience looking for steady work and long-term growth. Required Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of commercial glazing or construction experience Experience with storefront installation and glass systems Ability to use hand tools and power tools Ability to read basic measurements and layouts Experience working on commercial job sites Ability to work outdoors in all seasons Valid driver's license Preferred Skills & Qualifications Exposure to curtain wall systems Experience with door hardware and entry systems OSHA certification (10 or 30) Experience with lifts (scissor/boom) Strong teamwork and communication skills Day-to-Day Responsibilities Install storefront, windows, and glass systems Assist with curtain wall installation projects Perform glass cutting, fitting, and sealing Install commercial doors and hardware Load/unload materials and prep job sites Work alongside lead glaziers and crews Maintain safety and quality standards Physical & Environment Requirements Outdoor jobsite work year-round Lifting up to 50-75 lbs Standing, bending, climbing throughout shift Company Benefits & Culture Consistent commercial project work Opportunity to grow into lead installer roles Team-focused work environment Hands-on trade development INDQSS2
