We emphasize superior quality, return on investment, and performance over "cheap" sales tactics. The Opportunity We are looking for a seasoned industry veteran to join us as an Independent Contractor (1099). In this role, you will have the freedom to manage your own schedule, provided the "Trifect Windows Standard" of customer service is maintained. You will be assigned a primary protected sales territory where the company will not authorize other internal representatives to compete. Compensation Structure Trifect Windows utilizes a Gross Profit (GP) model to ensure our goals are perfectly aligned.

Standard Commission:

You will earn up to 20% of the Gross Profit on every closed and funded job you originate or manage.

Project Management Stipend:

You will earn a $1,000 stipend for projects where the Company subcontracts and manages the installation.

Installer Recruitment Bonus:

You will receive a one-time $1,000 bonus for identifying and successfully onboarding a new qualified installation subcontractor to our network, paid after their first successful installation. (

Note:

As a 1099 contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, transportation, and sales-related expenses , and you are not entitled to company benefits.) Key Responsibilities You will act as an educator, technical expert, and project liaison.

Your duties will include:

Technical Discovery:

Conducting accurate field measurements and identifying site-specific challenges.

Quoting & Accuracy:

Provide final verification of all specifications and field measurements to ensure 100% accuracy before the order is placed. Quote entry is handled by the internal team so you can focus on client relationships.

Sales Standards:

Presenting all project costs to the client as a unified total that includes both product and installation.

Installation Liaison:

Obtaining labor quotes and ensuring installers understand our "Inside-Out" installation method and technical specifications.

On-Site Oversight:

Being physically on-site at the time of product delivery to inventory products and inspect for transit damage and attending the "First Window Set" of an installation to ensure technical standards are met.

Client Hand-Off:

Conducting a final walk-through with the client to demonstrate functionality and ensure total satisfaction. What We Provide To ensure you deliver the "Trifect Windows Standard," we support you with:

We handle order execution with the manufacturer , coordinate international and domestic shipments , and manage invoicing and 1099 payments.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
