Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window Tint Installer and bring your passion for automotive enhancement to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for expertly applying window tinting films to vehicles, enhancing privacy, reducing heat, and improving overall vehicle aesthetics. Your mechanical aptitude and attention to detail will ensure each installation meets the highest standards of quality and safety. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop specialized skills in automotive glass and tinting techniques while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Duties Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly to ensure optimal adhesion of tinting films Measure and cut window tinting materials precisely to fit various vehicle models Apply tinting films smoothly and evenly, avoiding bubbles, creases, or imperfections Use hand tools and power tools safely to trim, fit, and secure window films during installation Inspect completed work for quality assurance, ensuring a flawless finish that meets company standards Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks such as minor auto body repairs or glass replacements when needed Follow safety protocols related to power tool operation and handling automotive glass components Qualifications Proven experience with dealership auto work or automotive glass installation is highly desirable Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools safely Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision in tint application and vehicle finishing Prior experience in auto estimating or automotive repair is advantageous but not required Join us if you're motivated by craftsmanship, eager to learn advanced automotive techniques, and ready to contribute to a team dedicated to excellence!
