If you have hands-on experience with mirrors, shower doors, and glass products, we want to hear from you! We specialize in high-quality glass installations for homes, and we're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Position Summary The Installer is responsible for the safe and professional installation of closet shelving, mirrors, shower doors, and other glass-related items. You will load and organize the company truck each morning, complete scheduled jobs efficiently, maintain clean job sites, and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Load the glass truck each morning with the correct materials for the day's schedule Safely lift, carry, and maneuver glass, mirrors, and other materials into job sites Install closet shelving, mirrors, shower doors, and related glass products according to company standards Maintain a clean and professional job site at every location Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and in good working condition Communicate effectively with customers regarding selections, job requirements, and any potential issues, then relay information back to the office Requirements Prior experience with mirrors and shower door installation strongly preferred Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly (including carrying, pushing, and pulling) Comfortable with frequent bending, twisting, reaching, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day Must be able to read a tape measure accurately and understand basic measurements Strong attention to quality - able to distinguish acceptable vs. unacceptable product Ability to read labels, paperwork, and communicate clearly (verbal and written) Clean driving record and valid driver's license required
