Overview Join our dynamic team as a Window Treatment Installer and bring style, function, and elegance to homes and commercial spaces! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for expertly installing a variety of window coverings, including blinds, shades, drapes, and custom treatments. Your hands-on skills will transform interior spaces while ensuring safety, precision, and customer satisfaction. Pay will start at $20/hour but can be more contingent on experience. Responsibilities Measure windows accurately using tape measures, levels, and schematics to ensure perfect fitment of window treatments Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions for various window covering products Use hand tools and power tools to install blinds, shades, curtains, and custom fabric treatments securely on windows and walls Fabricate and modify components on-site to meet specific design requirements or troubleshoot installation challenges Handle heavy lifting of large window coverings or materials safely with proper equipment and techniques Maintain a clean work environment by tidying up work areas after installations and ensuring all tools are properly stored Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded throughout the installation process Using company software to document progress on jobs including pictures and detailed notes Communication skills are a must to keep our field teams and internal teams in sync to ensure efficiency and overall quality to our clients Experience Requirements Skilled in the use of hand tools such as drills, saws, levels, screwdrivers, measuring tapes; proficiency with power tools is essential Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installations Working from heights comfortably is a must. Jobs will have varying heights which will include using a variety of equipment (i.e. extension ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts)

Safety Certifications (We will provide for the right candidate) Preferred Experience Proven experience in construction site work with knowledge of carpentry, remodeling, or maintenance person tasks Hands-on experience with glass installation, fabrication, or manufacturing environments preferred Previous experience working on remodeling projects involving fixture or cabinet installation is advantageous Join us in creating beautiful interiors through expert window treatment installations!
