window installer who has experience and shows up ready to do a good job and make money. You would be SUBCONTRACTED, so this is an opportunity for you to be the boss of your own crew/company. If you cant install a full house worth of windows

PROFESSIONAL, if that works for you then you stand to make a lot of money. Duties Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting foundations, and ensuring proper framing and support structures Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other trades to ensure project specifications are met on time and within budget Conduct inspections throughout the construction process to maintain quality control and safety standards Utilize construction management software like Bluebeam for project documentation and communication Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for accurate project execution Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques Knowledge of construction estimating, inspection procedures, and construction site safety protocols Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, caulking, stucco application, masonry, tile laying, flooring installation, drywall finishing, welding, restoration work, hardscape design, glass installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, painting techniques Strong understanding of construction management principles to coordinate tasks efficiently Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in craftsmanship and safety compliance
