This position offers an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company dedicated to creating tailored storage solutions that enhance organization and maximize space efficiency in residential settings. The role is based in Louisville, KY, with competitive compensation ranging from $23.00 to $26.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Responsibilities Expertly install custom closet and storage systems according to company standards and customer specifications. Assemble, mount, and fit cabinetry and shelving with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate closely with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to all safety protocols. Diagnose and resolve any installation challenges promptly and effectively. Transport and handle materials and equipment responsibly to prevent damage. Requirements Proven experience in installation or carpentry, ideally with custom closets or similar storage solutions. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina and dexterity, comfortable using hand and power tools.
