At Ros Group Protection Studio, a boutique luxury automotive protection studio in Louisville, we are seeking a PPF & Window Tint Installer to join our elite team. We're looking for a professional who combines precision, technique, and a passion for high-end vehicles to deliver flawless results in Paint Protection Film (PPF) and Ceramic Window Tint installations. Responsibilities Install

XPEL PPF

(gloss or satin) on luxury, exotic, and Tesla vehicles. Perform ceramic window tint installations on windshields and side windows. Maintain the highest quality standards to achieve showroom-level finishes. Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations. Keep the workspace organized and follow strict cleanliness and safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience with PPF, Window Tint, or both (minimum 1+ year preferred). Strong attention to detail and ability to execute precise cuts and installations. Ability to handle luxury vehicles with discretion and professionalism. Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, and passion for perfect finishes. Valid driver's license. Benefits Climate-controlled boutique studio with state-of-the-art tools and materials.
