Candidates who have a background in construction, building, or carpentry, who are skilled in working with hand tools and can thrive within a fast-paced team dynamic, are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Transport, handle, remove, and install a wide array of residential windows and doors. Perform brake metal, sill repair, and siding work. Use hand and power tools safely and effectively. Apply proper materials to ensure appropriate sealing. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Professional jobsite appearance and demeanor.
Requirements:
Perform on-site installations as a team. Carpentry/building/handyperson experience is a plus, and willing to train entry-level. Work within the
GSG/OSHA
Safety Program. Safe and competent operation of hand tools. Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship. Ability to lift 75 to 100 lbs and work at heights or in various weather conditions. Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. Ideal candidates will live in Southern New Hampshire or Northern MA.
