Shower Glass Installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shower Glass Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing high-quality glass enclosures and shower doors, ensuring precise fit and finish, and delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Your expertise will help transform bathroom spaces, providing clients with beautiful, durable, and functional shower solutions. Responsibilities Measure and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately install shower glass enclosures. Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to cut, shape, and assemble glass components according to specifications. Install shower doors, glass panels, frames, fixtures, and trim carpentry elements with precision. Perform heavy lifting of glass panels and related materials safely while adhering to safety protocols. Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure watertight installations; perform construction painting as needed for finishing touches. Read schematics and construction plans to coordinate with other trades such as carpentry, metal stud framing, or remodeling teams. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials; ensure all installations meet quality standards. Qualifications Proven experience in glass installation, construction estimating, or related trades such as carpentry or remodeling. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, metal stud framing equipment, and fabrication machinery. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Experience with fixture installation, cabinet installation, door hanging, and trim carpentry is highly desirable. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights; comfortable working on construction sites in various conditions. Knowledge of caulking techniques, construction painting, metal framing, assembly processes, and handyman skills. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills; reliable team player committed to safety standards.
