We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to join our field team to help meet increasing demand. We are seeking an experienced Field Technician to install and repair aluminum storefronts, windows, doors, and glass. This role involves working closely with other team members, following project specifications, and ensuring quality standards are met on every job.

Key Responsibilities:

Install aluminum storefronts, windows, doors, and glass per project specifications. Service and maintain doors, hardware, and window systems Measure and cut glass to specified sizes. Follow safety protocols and ensure job sites are secure and clean. Read and interpret blueprints and project documents. Communicate with the project manager and other team members. Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.

Qualifications:

Experience:

1-3 years in glazing or storefront installation (preferred).

Skills:

Ability to measure accurately, work with hand/power tools, and lift heavy materials. Familiarity with aluminum framing, glass cutting, and installation techniques. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
