Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service ability and attention to detail. will train but must then have the ability to work independently and efficiently. This role involves measuring, cutting, and installing various window treatments while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties Measure and assess windows to determine the appropriate window treatment specifications. Install a variety of window treatments including blinds, shades, drapes, and shutters. Utilize hand tools and power tools for precise installation and adjustments. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites. Handle heavy lifting during the installation process as required. Be able to work with clients to ensure satisfaction with problems that may arise during installation. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or maintenance person roles with a focus on installation work. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to window treatment installation. Ability to climb tall ladders or scaffolding as needed. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods during installations. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
