Future Owner / Lead Home Remodeling Professional Build More Than Homes—Build Your Future. We're looking for a skilled, motivated carpenter or remodeling professional who wants more than just a job. This is a unique opportunity to learn every aspect of a successful home remodeling business with the goal of eventually taking over the company .
What You'll Do:
Perform high-quality carpentry and home remodeling work Lead projects and ensure exceptional craftsmanship Learn estimating, project management, and customer relations Help grow the business while building your own future Work side-by-side with the owner through a planned transition
