About Us Tint Plug is a growing automotive, residential, and commercial window tinting company specializing in high-quality installations, vinyl wraps, chrome deletes, and vehicle customization. We take pride in delivering professional workmanship and excellent customer service. Job Responsibilities Install automotive window tint on cars, trucks, SUVs, and specialty vehicles. Prepare glass surfaces through detailed cleaning, scraping, steel wool treatment, and contamination removal. Cut, shrink, and install window film using professional techniques. Perform quality inspections to ensure a clean, contamination-free installation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Communicate professionally with customers regarding services and care instructions. Assist with residential and commercial window film installations when needed. Follow company procedures and safety standards. Qualifications Previous window tinting experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates. Ability to hand-cut and/or use plotter-cut patterns. Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Valid driver's license preferred. Ability to stand, bend, and work in various weather conditions. Preferred Skills Heat shrinking experience. Experience with ceramic and carbon window films. Vinyl wrap installation experience is a plus. Knowledge of automotive interiors and trim removal. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience.
