Bathroom Installer

As an Installer with Premier Home Pros, you will join us on our mission of Making Homeowners Dreams a Reality by consistently delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers. You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals. You show up and install the project.

We are looking for:

At least 2 years or more experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction Reliable work vehicle (truck and/or trailer, sprinter van) Necessary tools Knowledge of hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to accurately read a tape measure Valid Driver's License Valid MHIC License Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to receive work orders and update our CRM Day to Day Operations In this role, you can expect to: Meet at our warehouse at 6:30AM, gather materials, and load vehicle Drive to customers home, greet and establish rapport Complete controlled demolition of the bathtub/shower area Install new bathtub/shower base and solid surface wall surround, update plumbing as needed Show extreme attention to detail and care for customer's home by properly cleaning up following installation Obtain necessary signed documents & payment from customer, and return to documents to Project Manager. Basic Qualifications:

Previous successful experience in plumbing and remodeling experience Familiarity with building supplies and industry background. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation (when needed)
