Vehicle Wrap Installer / Vinyl Installer (Full-Time) Glen Burnie, MD | Commercial Graphics | Year-Round Work We are a rapidly growing vehicle wrap, vinyl, and commercial graphics company seeking an experienced Vehicle Wrap Installer / Vinyl Installer for our Glen Burnie, MD location. This is a full-time, year-round position for installers with real-world experience in vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and decals. We are a

Certified shop and maintain strict quality standards — this role is ideal for installers who care about clean installs and professional results. A paid working interview is required prior to hiring. Key Responsibilities Install full vehicle wraps, partial wraps, fleet graphics, and decals Apply vinyl on cars, vans, box trucks, and commercial vehicles Measure, align, trim, and finish vinyl to professional standards Follow 3M / industry best practices for vinyl installation Work independently and as part of an installation team Maintain a clean, organized install bay Required Experience & Skills 1+ year experience as a Vehicle Wrap Installer or Vinyl Installer (preferred more) Hands-on experience with vehicle wraps, vinyl graphics, and decals Ability to use a tape measure accurately Strong attention to detail and finish quality Able to take direction and constructive feedback Comfortable working on ladders (typically under 6 ft) Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills Valid driver's license required What We Offer All tools, ladders, and installation equipment provided Paid training and continued skill development 401(k) with company match after 1 year Stable, year-round employment (no seasonal layoffs) Growth opportunities within a fast-growing wrap company Schedule Full-time 8-hour day shifts Overtime available Weekends as needed Compensation & Additional Pay Competitive pay based on experience Overtime pay Bonus opportunities Yearly performance bonuses If you are an experienced vinyl or vehicle wrap installer looking for steady work, professional standards, and growth — apply today.
