We're currently seeking a qualified Window Technician to join our growing residential team. What We're Looking for: Hard-working individuals with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and work as part of a team Reliability and punctuality Prior construction, window installation, carpentry, or remodeling experience preferred Carpenters, window installers, remodelers, and other skilled trade professionals are encouraged to apply Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to work professionally and respectfully in customers' homes

Responsibilities:

Remove and install residential replacement and new-construction windows Measure and prepare window openings for proper installation Install, level, square, insulate, flash, seal, and caulk windows Install and replace interior and exterior trim as needed Perform residential window service and repair work Diagnose issues including leaks, drafts, damaged hardware, seals, and other window-related problems Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other installation equipment Protect customers' homes, flooring, siding, landscaping, and surrounding finishes while performing work Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally with homeowners, coworkers, and project managers Load, unload, and safely handle windows, glass, tools, and other materials

Other Requirements:

Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and ladders Ability to accurately read a tape measure Excellent physical condition and ability to lift 75+ lbs of windows, glass, and equipment Comfortable working from ladders and at various heights Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, Chauffeur's license preferred Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
