C&L Ward is seeking an experienced and skilled Siding Subcontractor with an active DBA to partner with us on residential and commercial siding projects. The ideal subcontractor will have proven experience with vinyl (CertainTeed), engineered wood (Diamond Kote), and composite siding (Everlast), demonstrate high standards of craftsmanship, and maintain a strong commitment to jobsite safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Install vinyl, engineered wood, and composite siding on residential and/or commercial buildings Safely remove existing siding and prepare surfaces for new installation Measure, cut, and fit siding materials with precision using the proper tools Interpret and follow blueprints, construction plans, and manufacturer specifications Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and code requirements Maintain a clean and organized worksite Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and timelines Utilize apps and online tools to communicate with the project team, manage schedules, and track progress Collaborate with other subcontractors, project managers, and clients to ensure expectations are met

Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in siding installation or related carpentry work

DBA Requirement:

Must have an active DBA registered for your business

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of vinyl, engineered wood, and composite siding products and installation techniques

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, work at heights, and perform in outdoor conditions year-round

References:

Must provide client or employer references, along with photo examples of past work

Schedule:

Monday-Friday Weekends as needed
