We are looking for experienced window installers to join our contractor network and take on installation projects throughout Grand Rapids and surrounding areas. What You'll Do Install windows according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately for professional installations. Use a brake to bend and shape aluminum trim for proper installation and finishing. Complete window installations efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Maintain a clean and safe job site. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Identify and resolve installation issues as they arise. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality expectations. What We're Looking For Proven experience installing replacement windows. Hands-on experience using a brake for aluminum trim work. Strong knowledge of proper window installation techniques. Own your own work truck and trailer. Own your own tools and equipment necessary to complete window installations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and safely work on ladders. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage installation projects professionally. 1099 Independent Contractor Position This is a 1099 independent contractor position , not a traditional W-2 employee position. Contractors are responsible for providing their own truck, trailer, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work.
