JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary The Trim Technician will support team in Trim cover development.

Specific Duties:

Technical Skills:

Provide cutting and sewing support of Trim covers for group. Provide build and trimming support of seats. Provide department equipment support (NC Cutter, Sewing Machines, etc.) Support pattern development. Develop ability to use computer office products (word processing, electronic mail, etc.).

Management Skills:

Possess ability to prioritize work load.

Interpersonal Skills:

Assist in problem solving. Possess ability to work in a team environment.

Reporting Relationship:

Trim Engineer or Trim Designer Education Required:

High School or Equivalent Experience Desired:

1 to 2 years of Job Related Experience, or Equivalent
