We are looking for both experienced auto glass installers and motivated individuals who want to learn the trade. Previous auto glass experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to provide hands-on training to the right person. If you are dependable, mechanically inclined, comfortable working with your hands, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you. Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $20/hour Higher starting pay available based on automotive glass experience and skill level Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Saturdays paid at time-and-a-half Additional overtime opportunities available during the week and on weekends Some jobs may occasionally require earlier starts or later hours Full-time, year-round position Opportunities for increased pay and responsibility as your skills develop What You'll Do Remove and install windshields and other automotive glass Replace door glass, quarter glass, and back glass Prepare vehicles and installation surfaces for replacement glass Safely handle, carry, load, unload, and maneuver automotive glass Use professional auto glass tools, suction cups, hand tools, and power tools Learn proper removal, preparation, urethane application, and installation procedures Inspect completed installations for proper fit, finish, and workmanship Protect customers' vehicles throughout the installation process Maintain clean and organized tools, work areas, and company vehicles Follow proper installation and safety procedures What We're Looking For Automotive glass installation experience is preferred, but not required Willingness to learn and develop into an independent installer Dependable, punctual, and ready to work Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team Must be able to safely lift and carry 50+ lbs and assist with maneuvering large or awkward pieces of automotive glass Comfortable with a physically active job involving lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and working around vehicles Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work occasional overtime, Saturdays, and extended hours when needed Why Work at Mario's Glass?
