Construction Installer / Glazier

Midwest Glass & Mirror is seeking a full-time Construction Installer / Glazier to join our team. This position involves installing commercial glass and aluminum systems at active construction sites throughout Southwest Michigan. We welcome both experienced installers and entry-level candidates interested in learning the trade through hands-on training. Responsibilities Install commercial glass, aluminum framing, storefront systems, and curtain wall systems Assist with glass replacement, door service, and related field work Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure and fractions Safely use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and lifts Load, transport, and install materials on job sites Maintain a clean and safe work environment Work with team members to complete projects on schedule Typical Project Types Storefront systems Office glass walls and partitions Curtain wall systems Door repair and glass replacement Commercial and residential glass installation Projects may include schools, healthcare facilities, financial institutions, government buildings, commercial properties, and residential homes. Pay:

$19.50 - $27.00 per hour
