At All Needs Home Care, we pride ourselves in taking care of those in need, as a Licensed Practical Nurse your duties would include, but not be limited to; Administering medications, taking vital signs( blood pressure, tempature, pulse), and assisting in basic hygiene and mobility.. Observing patients for changes in their conditions, reporting any concerns to RN or physicians and documenting observations. Helping patients with activities of daily living, such at bathing, eating, dressing, and assisting with procedures such as wound care, bandage changes, changing catheter care. Providing simple instructions to patients and their families about medications, wound care, and other aspects of their care. Maintaining accurate and up to date patient records, including medication administration records, vital signs, and other observations. Working collaboratively with health care professionals, such as RNs, physicians, and therapist to provide comprehensive care.
