Leadership Opportunity Pay:

$23.00-$35.00 per hour (based on experience & skill level) We're looking for an experienced construction installer who is ready to step into a lead role. You'll lead residential installation jobs throughout Southwest Michigan and Northern Indiana, working with an installer/helper and handling everything from custom shower doors to mirrors, hand rails and specialty glass. Please Note:

We are heavily seeking prior hands-on field installation experience , but it is not mandatory. Lead residential installation projects from start to finish. Install custom shower doors, mirrors, hand rails, bathroom surrounds, and specialty glass products. Supervise and mentor an installer/helper on the job site. Read measurements accurately and ensure precise installations. Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and workmanship. Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and team members. Keep company vehicles, tools, and job sites clean and organized. Complete installations efficiently while representing Midwest Glass & Mirror professionally. This is a physically active position requiring daily lifting, carrying, climbing, and standing. Qualifications Required Construction field experience is needed. Must be able to install a level, and plumb product and caulk items. Experience leading or directing a helper or small crew is helpful. Ability to accurately read a tape measure. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Preferred Experience installing custom shower doors, mirrors, or hand rails. Glass industry experience is helpful, but not necessary.
