Star Improvements of Michigan Inc. is seeking a skilled and reliable Siding/Window Installer to join our team. As a leading home improvement company, we specialize in high-quality siding and window installation. We are looking for a dedicated professional with experience in the field, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Install siding and windows according to company standards and client specifications. Measure and cut materials to fit specific areas. Ensure proper insulation and sealing around windows and siding. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients. Perform quality checks and troubleshoot any installation issues. Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
2 years Proven experience as a Siding/Window Installer or similar Knowledge of siding , gutter and window installation techniques and materials. Ability to read scope of work and tape measure Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Physical stamina and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
