Responsibilities:

Assemble custom computers according to order specifications Prepare and organize parts for upcoming builds Maintain a clean and efficient work area Package and ship completed systems to customers Collaborate with Support to identify and implement fixes in Production Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Windows OS builds Deploy operating system images to computers Record and track system details for documentation and quality control Set up and repair computer hardware as needed

Requirements:

Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and components Ability to work quickly and efficiently under time constraints Strong task management and prioritization skills Effective communication across departments Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving Comfortable performing repetitive tasks over extended periods Strong organizational skills for documentation and record-keeping Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Willingness to ask questions and seek help when needed Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
