Installer II Purpose:
Everything we do is centered on providing a world class homeowner experience through the process of installing RbA's windows and doors.Primary Responsibilities:
Must have Valid Driver's License, will be required to deliver product to satellite locations using company truck on weekly basis. Effectively prepares the jobsite for set up and tear down to assure work can be performed in an efficient and safe manner and the worksite is left clean Assess jobsite for hazards prior to commencement of work and address hazards, as needed Consistently maintain productivity expectations Collaborate with other installers on the project throughout the installation project to maximize efficiencies Assist in delivering homeowner delight Assures jobsite safety practices and procedures are followed at the jobsite, including but not limited to, PPE, fall protection, power tool use, and proper lifting requirements Ability to pull tools, inspect, and stage of all product types on the job, as needed Complete a daily tool audit Set up and tear down tarps, runners, plastic, etc. (i.e., floor and furniture protections) Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality Other duties as assigned Able to locate, identify, and load all necessary job site materials from material sheet Perform proper opening preparation for all types of installations, including inserts and Full Frame with Brickmold Performs basic aluminum bending (L flange, drip caps, flat rectangles/coil wrap) Ability to understand and install proper flashing based on install method, including drip caps, L flange, and new construction. Ability to make straight cuts to accurate dimensions within 1/32" Ability to safely extract old windows and doors without damaging property Ability to install Fibrex L trim, F trim, and Flat trim Ability to extract old windows and doors safely and without damaging property Knowledge of service parts, procedures, and product operations Audit all truck stock, tools, products without supervision Address installation concerns with Field Techs or Installation Manager Maintains company vehicle in accordance with Fleet Policy Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality Assist in delivering homeowner delight Other duties as assignedSecondary Responsibilities:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience Window and Door installation experience Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardware General understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction environments Safety knowledge of all equipment Proper usage and understanding of PPE Valid Driver's License with ability to pass a fleet checkSkills and Competencies:
Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctuality Positive attitude Clear communicator Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills; strong listening and empathy skills Basic math skills, reading, and legible writing Proficient and safe with power tools, miter box, hand and air tools, and ladder safety Flexibility; willingness to work variable work schedules Ability to provide corrective action feedback relating to safety on the job site Ability to lift up to 83 pounds Consistently provides flawless first-time window and door installationRoutine Training Expectations:
CORO Safety and Compliance required training First Aid/CPR- Every 2 years OSHA 10-hr Construction Safety

PAY RANGE
$17.04- $25.
