Window Installer Crew Lead — Home Every Night | $70,000-$95,000/yr At Lutgen Companies, we've been doing exterior remodeling the right way since 1983 — and our window crew leads are some of the best in Central Minnesota. We're looking for an experienced installer ready to step into a leadership role with a company that actually takes care of its people. You'll be home every night. No hotels, no extended travel. Local residential work, consistent schedule, year-round employment. What you'll do: Lead a window installation crew on residential replacement projects across Central Minnesota Review work orders before arriving on-site and coordinate with your manager to get ahead of any issues Remove old windows and install replacements with precision and professionalism Set the standard for quality and safety on every job What you bring: 2+ years of exterior construction experience (window installation required) General and finish carpentry skills Comfort working at heights — ladders, scaffolding, rooflines Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Leadership mindset — you take ownership and bring your crew up with you What Lutgen offers: $70,000-$95,000/year depending on experience Company vehicle provided for work related travel.
